The blog publisher is a critical sociologist and a full-time college professor. He specializes in religious studies (the sociology of religion), social theory (new critical theory), public sociology (Autistic activism), and clinical sociology (Mark A. Foster Services™). He is also an advocacy journalist and a radical historian. As a sociologist of religion, the publisher maintains a strong interest in the Ahmadiyya movement (both the Lahori and Qadiani branches). This blog serves as a platform for presenting information on that movement and as a forum for topical discussions. The publisher sometimes uses the Yiddish nickname, Moyshe Arn der Faygnboym ben Herschel der Leyvy (Society for Creative Anachronism), or its Arabic version, Mūsā Harūn at-Tīn ibn Dhabī Asad al-Liwī. In doing so, he expresses an integration between, on the one hand, his Jewish background and, on the other, his interests in Islām and related subject matter, including a profound love for the Prophet Muḥammad and the Glorious Qur'ān.
